Superb quick efficient service
We called 1st Glass and Locks as our window lock broke. He came out the next day on time and replaced the broken mechanism and adjusted it all.
Super speedy service and could not recommend highly enough. 5 stars are not enough.

Superb
Superb. Mark arrived promptly and I was expecting him to assess the work required - instead he gave me a good price and within half an hour, he had changed five locks. Very good local man who can replace locks and damaged or expired window units. I was very impressed being a new IOW resident.

Professional Service
My window bracket was bent and broken and I couldn’t shut my window.
The call out service was amazing! Their worker managed to replace both brackets safely and quickly on a Saturday morning.
Price was very reasonable.
Adhered to Covid-19 rules and regs also which boosts their professional profile
Also identified why the bracket got to that condition and recommended a tightening method so the window doesn’t slam open causing future damage.
