You automatically get upgraded to VIP, trying to make you feel important and valued. It’s all a load of rubbish. I asked my VIP manager to self exclude me from the site, he emailed saying he’d be sorry to see me go, what would help to keep me there. Kept offering bonuses, free spins, I asked him to just exclude me. But he didn’t do it, in the end I gave in, I accepted his offer. This is illegal, if a player asks to be self excluded then that should happen IMMEDIATELY!!!! That’s the gambling rule. So I have put in a complaint and have asked for a refund from the day I asked to be self excluded, because I was still able to deposit and did. If he had done what I’d asked I wouldn’t have been able to waste my money. I have been emailing everyday for 15 days and getting the same responses as everyone else about their withdrawals. You FAILED ME, I asked to be self excluded and you continued to pry on my vulnerability!!!!!!!! How many more have you done this to? I will NOT let this go! I suggest you refund me and fast!!

Made a £1000 withdrawal on the 23rd December. It has said pending ever since. I have been on live chat more than 20 times asking where my money is and everytime I get an AI generated message saying there’s fraud checks etc being done. I have just went on live chat again tonight and they have closed my account but said my withdrawal will be processed. I am contacting my bank on Monday to report them for fraud in the hope that I’ll manage to get all my deposits back. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update: day 15 and still no money. Have spoke with live chat every single day and still getting the same generic response. Going to phone my bank today to try and get a charge back from all the deposits I’ve made. Think this is a definite scam judging by everyone else’s reviews

It’s now been 26 days and still no withdrawal. They have now closed my account but claim I will still receive my withdrawal. This gambling site really does have decent wins. Unfortunately even after being verified and receiving a few pay outs which were quite quick, I won almost £500 which still hasn’t been paid out 4 weeks later. I cancelled the withdrawal and did another one to try to restart the process - but this is still pending 1 week later.
They suck you in with allowing a few withdrawals but then fail to allow any others they just stay in pending with no action. I’ve contacted the company multiple times (in fairness the support function is quite fast) to be told they need additional checks but won’t tell me what those additional checks are. Really poor

After using this site for many months I’ve finally hit my ends with it, games are amazing and it does well for me BUT to be paid out is such as hassle, I’ve always had issues with withdrawals on here and now I’ve been pending the longest one yet, cannot get answers or a amicable resolution. Day 17 of a withdrawal of £2,000 with the same excuses everyday from VIP manager Monica claiming the finance department are processing the payment but are extremely busy - this is just one of many similar excuses.
It’s clear everyone on here is having the same issues.
I will update this regularly with further progress and if and when resolved.

Still no payment to my bank with VIP Manager Monica still advising the same excuses of it’s still with the finance department - even though she advised the other day it was now with the payment provider awaiting authorisation and release.

I have now received my first withdrawal into my bank account of £2003 which was made on the 14th of December.
I still have a number of withdrawals that need to be made with a limit of only £1000 a day as advised by the vip team.

I have received my withdrawal of £1000 to my bank account on the 25th of January - this was requested on the 9th of January… 1RED will need to process the remaining withdrawals a lot quicker than the previous 2 to restore faith and gain a better review score.
I have requested another withdrawal of £1000 (my daily limit) on the 26th January… I will update my experience on this one regularly.
January 31st update.
The withdrawal on the 26th was accepted the same day and hit my bank shortly after - which is how it should be.
I have 4 more withdrawals to make that coincide with my withdrawal limits and my latest was made on the 29th - this is still pending as of today (31st)
I will update regularly and adjust my trustpilot rating score accordingly.
5th of February update.
My withdrawal on the 29th was cancelled due to a technical error on 1REDs side and was requested again on the Monday 2nd February with assurance it will be processed within 48 hours - this did not happen and it’s still in the pending state.
I’ve requested the complaints department contact multiple times which they will not provide and advise to be patient.
Incredibly poor once again and have asked for an update within the hour.
I will carry on updating as this process drags on.
18th FEBRUARY UPDTAE
I received my latest withdrawal placed on the 2nd of February on Friday the 13th of February- which is a ridiculous amount of time to process - with constant correspondence advising of delays with payment provider, busy work load etc.
I have made another withdrawal of £1000 on the 12th of February which is still pending as of today… I have started correspondence and apparently it’s been prioritised and I will receive it soon according to Kate my VIP manager.

Waiting for withdrawal from 22 nd dec . There own site says withdrawal can take up to 48 hours but we're on 216 hours now . They say it's getting processed then it's safely in a Que . Doesn't give me much hope .
