Refund never received, emails ignored.

I placed an order with 1heartco which they cancelled, and I was told I would receive a refund. The refund was never issued and the company stopped responding to emails. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank to recover the money. I believe they never even processed the refund and list 14-100 business days as their refund policy which makes no sense because after a refund is processed the average time for banks to send the money back is 7 to 10 business . They are not processing refunds and hope people forget or wait too long to dispute. Very scammy
