This game is really fun—I cashed out 1000W rs from it.

⁹I withdraw 1000 rs on 10.04.2026 it's almost 4 days my money not credited every time when I contact live support they told me it will resolve soon but my problem solved yet. They told me if the money not credited in24 hrs 10 percent bouns and if the money late 120hrs they will give me 100 percent bouns but nothing is happening. They even didn't read my question

i won approximately ₹12,60,000 through normal gameplay over 4–6 days.

After I requested withdrawals, my account was suddenly restricted. I was asked to provide verification documents, which I have already submitted multiple times, including my Aadhaar card and bank verification photo.

However, for several days, I am only receiving repeated automated responses asking me to "explain the issue and send screenshots," even though I have already done this multiple times.

My account is still restricted, I cannot access games, and I am unable to complete the turnover requirement. At the same time, my funds are locked.

This behavior is extremely unprofessional and looks like a deliberate delay tactic.

I request 1GoPlus to resolve my issue immediately and allow me to withdraw my funds.
