Stay away!

My domain got hacked while hosted with this company, and after a month they have still not been able or even willing to fix it. I've sent countless requests via their ticketing system, many of those simply ignored, others responded to in vague and useless terms. As I am paying the full package, I finally got impatient and asked them to be more cooperative or help me transfer the domain to another host. I also asked for my money back, a request they, as usual, just ignored. Anyway, below you can read the reply I received, judge for yourself if this is a company you would want to use:

YOUR website was hacked, not OUR server. Because of using old, out-of-dated scripts you were hacked. Our service is good but you have to control your own website and keep it updated. Ofcourse you didnt do it and start to complain. We dont accept it.
If you use the same scripts at another provider you will be hacked too.
Your new provider (it will be the best) knows how to transfer the domain name and website.

Stay way from these guys ... huge rip-off without precedent !!

These guys promise to host your domain name, website and mailbox and offer a seemingly great package for approximately 120 EUR for 3 years. After paying, the problem starts : incomplete information about log-in codes or ftp directory paths prevent the user from actually getting things to work, and any question posted on their ticketing system is responded to so vaguely that it just won't work (they do set each ticket to "closed" after their response regardless of the fact that they didn't solve the issue). Then they also refuse to enter into dialog through e-mail or phone (only through their ticketing system, where each time you have to repeat your story from scratch ...). At the end, I suggested to them that either they would offer a solution, or refund me for my purchase of non-existing service, or if they would still refuse to co-operate I would publish my experience through social media. Upon that "threat" they gave me a 24-hour ultimatum to arrange transfer of my domain before they would cancel it (what an arrogance !!!).

By the way, still no reply on my request for refund. The review above is only a short summary (keeping out the most embarrassing details for 1EuroHosting, so I am being kind to them ...)

Oh, forgot to mention : on their website a couple of 5 star reviews are listed, but when I asked them where I could post my own review they kept silent. These 5 star reviews are most likely written by 1EuroHosting and are most likely fake ...
