Scammers. You cannot close your subscription. They do not respond.

Super mad at them. I Enjoyed first year of paid subscription, but later on, when i decided to renew it, i payed through another service called paddle, they charged me but it didn't get me anything. Tried to contact support but never heard back, they just ignore every email, worst support ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, SUPER SCAM

A year ago I paid the subscription that somehow went to someone else's account but at least I was logged in and could use it. I literally was logged in an account that showed wrong e-mail. Tried to contact the support like 10 times to no avail. Now a year later subscription renewed itself, but I am logged out and cannot use it. So no money and no internet and no way to cancel it. I have a payment confirmation that shows my e-mail, but no subscription in my account. Support is non-existent as ever.

Renewed my subscription, I paid for a year and they cancelled my subscription saying I haven't paid. They actually tried to charge me again 5-6 more times, good thing my bank blocked them.

They are not getting back to my emails which means I paid for a service I can't use.

I have tried to cancel my subscription two times over the course of two weeks, but they won't answer at all.

I have used VPN1click for years and been very happy BUT I paid £18 in December for another year & after 1 month my subscription is ending. I keep messaging them. I don't like giving negative reviews & hopefully they will rectify this & I will change my review

I've been activating the link to reset my password for 4 days, but it never arrives. I also wrote an email from their site, the confirmation didn't even arrive. Terrible service and scam

If this is so then why should we pay for the subscription and we can't control the subscription even after sending email via their contact form we didn't get any acknowledgement that they have received our email nor I get any call from their representative after many days.

So, how could we know, our subscription has stopped and they didn't auto deduct on next renewal date.

Theft of service is a crime. This is pure scam. I want my money back.

I thought I'd give this a try for personal use, but I've had nothing but major issues with this. Like many other people, I haven't been able to contact the company about cancelling my subscription, but I've also had and still have issues with trying to edit Wikipedia pages. I've been a keen editor on there for some time, but this VPN just cripples me from being able to access the editing due to the blocks that I physically can't get rid of. Thanks for nothing!

After I complained, I've been contacted, it works now.
I payed for one year premium VPN last February 26th, how can my account be deactivated today March 13th?
