An iron (BEAUTURAL steam iron) worked for three weeks and then stopped. This company is not possible to contact. All routes it claims to provide are unavailable. It now appears that the irons are no longer for sale as previously being on just about all searches they have disappeared. Amazon are not interested. No response from them. I have been defrauded. Buyers beware.
dreadful products spent quite a bit on one of there turntables after just a few records played it started slowing down a lot, I have an app on my phone to test speed and this was out by over 5% of which you can hear when playing records, I have never had one this bad and even a cheap brief case one I have runs correctly, thank god I got it from Amazon and can return it shall not be investing in other 1byone products.
Got a turntable as Xmas gift. One of the speakers has stopped working and they won't cover even though under warranty. The customer service is awful and to register the warranty is made overly complicated and now I know why. They told me to find a repair place or just buy a new turntable. Shocking
Bought one of the Wireless Home Security Driveway Alarms from 1byone. Total junk. Batteries run out in receiver every two days.
1byone - failed to honour warranty.
Doorbell and receivers purchased from 1byone agent via ebay. Product failed after a few months. Agent ignored messages sent as did 1byone customer services at first however they eventually contacted agent requesting they respond. After numerous messages and prompts (and reassurance from 1byone customer service that the warrantee would be honoured) the agent agreed to refund - however they failed to action refund and have since ignored my messages as have 1byone. (ebay will not open case if purchase is over 60 days old)
