1Bet Ignores Responsible Gambling and Regulatory Authorities Remain Silent
I am extremely disappointed with 1Bet's approach to responsible gambling. Despite informing them of my gambling addiction and requesting account closure, they ignored my plea and allowed me to continue playing, resulting in significant financial loss. To make matters worse, it took them two weeks to finally close my account after my initial request.
This behavior is unacceptable for a company that claims to follow responsible gambling principles. Ignoring a clear request for help shows a complete disregard for customer well-being.
To address this issue, I reached out to the relevant regulatory authority, the Curaçao Gaming Control, as well as local law firms. However, no one has been willing to assist me or even respond to my emails. It appears that they are all complicit in this scheme, prioritizing the interests of gambling operators over player protection.
I strongly advise others, especially those who are vulnerable or struggling with gambling issues, to stay away from 1Bet. Their failure to take responsible gambling seriously proves that profit is their only concern.
Unless they make drastic improvements, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

They are horrible! I created an account and deposited money. From the moment I did, I have had nothing but trouble. I try to bet and I get an error message. I try talking to customer service and they are just rude. I’m given an email address to email for help, but I NEVER get ANY replies from the address. I can’t bet and they won’t refund my money back. This company cannot withdraw your money simply because their payment system does not work! I don’t know, maybe this is an excuse to scam people. The first time I waited 4 days for my withdrawal, from January 17th, and it was "FAILED". 4 days of waiting wasted! And now my withdrawal has been awaiting review again for 2 days! I have played at more than 10 other bookmakers before, and I have never seen such a disgusting service as 1bet. They don't care about your withdrawal requests. They are only interested in deposits.
