Withdrawal pending now for a few days .. Sent requested documents which I was emailed about to say they were received and reviewed but didn't say if they were approved or not. Honestly the communication is just dire from this site. The online chat is just useless with the same rote answers that don't actually address the issue that players have asked. No idea why its taking so long to process a small Withdrawal of 140 euro

1bet has not withdrawn my money from my account for over a month. They just rejects my withdrawal requests without giving any reason. It's been like this 4 times already... Support can't say anything. They also offer me to withdraw money using methods that are simply NOT AVAILABLE IN MY COUNTRY. I feel cheated by this bookmaker for only 107 euros!!!

I was playing on 1bet, and after playing at the casino and betting on sports, my balance became 340 euros. In August, I sent a withdrawal request for the first time. After that, they asked me for another confirmation of the address, as well as a photo of another document (they didn't like my ID for something)... I sent them a photo of my passport and other proof of address. They didn't like it again and asked for a notarized copy of my passport. I consulted with a lawyer and found out that they do not have the right to request this document because it does not comply with their own KYC policy!!! In this regard, I emailed them and demanded to withdraw the money. Then they started requesting selfies with my ID in my hands. Every day they asked for a new selfie. I sent them 4 different selfies in a few days and after that they wrote that my account was closed and the withdrawal was rejected. I will now write a complaint to the Anjouan Gaming Control board. And I want everyone to know that they are scammers.

Completely scammers

I was replenishing my account with cryptocurrency, but when it came to withdrawing funds, only 2 withdrawal methods became available to me - mifinity and muchbetter. I cannot register mifinity and muchbetter in my country. 1bet specifically removed the withdrawal of cryptocurrency for me so that I could not withdraw my winnings. I have won over 100 euros in casinos and 100 euros in sports betting. But I can't withdraw my money. I've written to them in support several times, but they don't do anything. A few days later, their consultant in the online chat said: "I see that this is the method you requested to add, and this is the official information we received from our specialized department." Then they respond that they will not add the cryptocurrency withdrawal method!!! Then they added a withdrawal method for me to the Skrill wallet. I created 2 withdrawals to my Skrill wallet, but they did not withdraw my winnings again. Both withdrawals were cancelled. This is a complete scam. I will file a complaint with Anjouan. I can't withdraw my money for more than 3 weeks.
