Very good course, John Arthur the trainer is inspiring and extremely knowledgeable and most importantly keeps one inspired on what are long training days.

Had an amazing time with 1 ACE training. Practical demonstration is somewhat that is necessary and is provided here. Jonathan Arthur's teaching method is great.

I liked this course because I have learned a lot of things about low in UK.Mr Jonathan Arthur- our tutor, he have patince with us and made the practical and the theoretic course to be usefull in job as door supervisor .All the staff were kindly and respectfully, they helped us when we asked something.

1 Ace Training is the best training center. All facilities are available here. Specially tutor Jonathan Arthur is very polite, helpful and supportive to their learners. He is very understanding and teaches their students in a easy way. All staff members are very helpful.

1 ACE training is one of the best security institutes there is if not the best and my trainer Jonathan Arthur is the best at what he is doing there can not be anyone better.

Great experience all round. Slightly issues with toilet hygiene and administration but the instructor Jonathan Arthur was and is amazing. He made the lessons engaging and fun. Great sense of humour and very human in his approach to delivering the education.

The costumer service is persfect, the tutors are very professional especially both Jonathan Arthur and Kehinde Osibote. They explain and keep explain the lesson clearly and very well the courses when you don't understand anything and of course they love question.

I , Rinal Raja Kanojiya was trained under , Mr Jonathan arthar. He made learnings easy to understand in a fun way. All the modules were taught using prsentations, demonstrations, experiences and mannual work as well. Timely , the entire course period was enjoyable. Both my professors Jonathan Arthur and Kehinde Osibote were very impressive and was a great experience. I would strongly recommend Jonathan for the Door Supervisor course. The classes are fun but very informative, they will make sure you have all the necessary skills to pass your exams.

The door supervisor course with 1 ACE was fantastic. Jonathan Arthur in particular was a brilliant tutor throughout the process, I couldn’t recommend him enough. It’s clear he genuinely wants you to understand and learn what he teaches, not just for the sake of passing the exam, but to keep you safe throughout your career in the field of security as well. Both 1 ACE and Jonathan have your best interests at heart, and will make it an easy and comfortable step into your career in private security.

Yeah it was pretty okay. Reasonable breaks, very good facilities, nice tutors and good learning environment. This gave me a feel for the real SIA job.

I attended a two day SIA Security Course at Romford Road East London, My Course Tutor was knowledgeable, experienced and overall friendly and patient, he encouraged comoradory within our learning group, overall it was well organised and they made the whole experience of logging into the portal seamless end to end.

Kehinde was my tutor and he was very engaging, he was good at giving examples if we were confused.
I like that we had access to mock exams for each module.
I'm glad we had a microwave to heat up food as each lesson was a long day & I got sooo hungry so some days I brought my own stuff, there are good takeaway shops nearby...

I didn't like that there were only 2 toilets as our class was more than 9 and we had a different group next door doing their lessons too so waiting for toilets could get busy.

I think they should be more strict with students and their level of English as we had to repeat some stuff frequently which made class slower....
I'm aware we are all new to learning about SIA however when certain students were asked basic questions they couldn't express themselves clearly or completely misunderstood the meaning of a question / instruction especially in practicals we had to consistently give directions but at least the class were friendly.
It would be nice if the class were more modernised with spotlights & had wooden or lino floor..

This was my first ever door supervisor course, and I throughly enjoyed it.
It might be look a little intense as it’s a 6 days course, but there is a good balance between practical and theory.
The staff is very helpful, from the reception to the teachers. They really care about you learning the right skills to do the job and they don’t mind spending extra time with you if you need some more explanation or practice. Kehinde has been such a great teacher! Lots of useful information, and a lot of fun during classes. He gave great support to all of us. Give this man a raise :)

Mr Kehinde osibote is probably the best teacher I've had in my 27 years of life. Very enjoyable class I would recommend anyone 100x
