Although the things arrived flawlessly…

Although the things arrived flawlessly and exactly as promised, the shipping experience wasn't as easy as I had thought. My order took longer to arrive than anticipated, and I wasn't getting updates on the tracking data. Customer care was quick to reply, apologizing for the delay and outlining the circumstances when I contacted them. They were courteous and even checked in to make sure everything was okay when the package came. I will keep shopping here because of their dedication to fixing the problem.

I was very impressed with the customer…

I was very impressed with the customer service of this company. I had an issue with a delayed package and I needed the costume for an event. When I contacted them, they were quick to offer a solution, expedited my delivery, and made sure I had the information I needed to track the order. I ended up receiving the package in a timely manner and the complimentary brooch was beautiful. I am very happy with the service of this store.
