The Finest Dining in Kinsale

Having dined there twice on my weeks stay in Kinsale, and having tried all the other recommended restaurants, I can safely say that this is probably the best dining experience in Kinsale. What Cristian (the Chef) can do with an onion alone, is exceptional. The meat they use is freeze dried and on display downstairs. The selection of wines and food is exquisite and staff are exceptionally helpful. There are a limited number of tables available, which means you're not crammed in like sardines. The dining area alone is worth a visit as its is a double height ceiling , with bare stone walls, encompassing a large central fireplace with a grand mirror centrepiece, below an incredible chandelier. Book early as it is usually booked up.
