4 months wait and still waiting !
Very very long wait for order and still waiting.Original order placed in June 2022 and still waiting for items. Contacted company by email and no response. Voicemails left and no response. Telephone number very difficult to find!!
Response finally received but they never really come back with an answer.. feel fobbed off all the time.
Extremely disappointed in the whole service. Would never recommended.

Extremely slow delivery (3 months)
Extremely slow delivery (3 months), with no update on the order - I was told 4 weeks. Had to constantly chase for updates and nobody answers the phone so always waiting for email replies.
The item has arrived and the quality disappointing. It is a netball dress and is very baggy around the armpit.

Review of netball kit.
I had a query prior to ordering and received a prompt response which was really useful as it helped me to decide what size was needed. I ordered 3 items- all arrived and are of good quality
2 of the 3 items fit perfectly, 1 is a netball dress and fir the most part it fits perfectly....except it is a bit loose / baggy around the armpit area compared to an existing dress so the design may be slightly different..

Ordered 12 weeks ago still no sign of products. Only get email replies after I have sent at least 3 or 4. No one answers the phone. Absolutely disgusting. Ordered direct... not through a club and will never order again.

Although when eventually products…
Although when eventually products arrived were good quality it has been simply too long for the full teams order to arrive
I can only compare with a provider we use for playing kit we have had 4 or 5 orders all be it single items in the time one shipment has arrived.

Thanks for the review, we always appreciate constructive feedback. Due to the way we agreed the order with the club, the items were delivered within 6/7 weeks. We do agree that this is still too long but we are unfortunately at the mercy of couriers, the aftermath of covid and brexit. A size chart was provided and I know you saw sight of that, so a mis-sizing is something that we cannot control. Regarding your comment of 'cheapest', I feel this is unwarranted.

Netball Dresses
We are a new netball side, and the dresses we received were not cut correctly with many having to be returned for re-sews and darts to be added around the bust area to ensure they fitted us. Great design - wonderful colours - but the finished lacked quality and attention to detail. Small things make a big difference.
