Awful service - can never get through to an engineer. Terrible. DO NOT USE 1310!

Had issues at the start but throughout the customer service/support is brilliant and very happy now with resolution.

I’m on a symmetrical 900Mbps connection. Can’t complain on the speed, which is amazing and as it advertised.
Their customer services are also fabulous and I’ve always got mine questions answered the next day.
The only downside is the drop offs look too frequent to me.

Customer service is shocking i pay for 950mbps upload and downlaod speed i get 100 mbps download and 11.0 upload so just 0.9% of the service i pay for been asking for 6 months pluss for somone to come sort it just get emails and instutions how to do it i pay for tge best one they offer shocking service i will be leaving very soon

Speeds bounce up and down and I think the router also struggles with the number of connected devices now. Thinking of switching to starlink due to noise from the teenage kids.

Don’t do it. Terrible customer service. It’s everyone else’s fault but their own! The broadband service is substandard and barely works. I would honestly steer clear of this outfit of cowboys!

On the initial connection to my house the 1310io team went above and beyond to get us connected. Cannot speak highly enough of them.

Since then the service is reliable and when there have been the inevitable outages they have sorted things promptly.

I’ve been using the 1310 for a year now and have had no issues. During my initial setup, I contacted customer support and they were very helpful and responsive.

Arguably one of the easiest ISPs I've had the pleasure of being in contract with. Setup was easy, responses to issues were timely. Nothing more I could have really asked for. Brilliant.

I have been waiting several weeks for my broadband service to be activated and still have no working connection. I have repeatedly had to chase for updates. Despite paying for a service, nothing has been delivered.

The communication is extremely poor and inconsistent. After calling today, the representative sounded completely disinterested in helping and offered no clear explanation or solution. I was left feeling dismissed and no closer to getting online.

I have been with 1310 since September last year (2024). Connection is stable and fast, reliable and with very few issues.
Lately we had a latency spike for the couple of weeks but now is looking better.
Definitely recommend to anyone

Service has been good so far, downside when i tried to order online my address didn't exist yet, i went for the 900/900 package and wanted the upgraded router that was FOC when ordering. Unfortunately I got the basic router which isn't strong enough for my house. Besides that internet has been consist through wired. wireless only is subpar but that isn't there fault, its the basic router that was supplied.

Have been with 1310 for 18 months now. Impeccable service and fantastic speeds, way faster than we need. Service has only gone down twice during the period we have had it and both times it has been other ISPs fault digging up the road and disturbing the fibres.
