To be avoided! A éviter!
I ordered two tires. The order was confirmed. Three days later I received an email stating that payment had not been made. I re-ordered the tires. The wheels and tires were taken to a garage and mounted. It was after they were mounted that I saw that “for emergency use only” was written on the tires. The tires they sent me are not rated to be used at a speed of 130 km as is indicated on their site. I have paid 20 euros to have the tires mounted. They have not been used, but the company refuses to allow me to return the tires. Delti Corporation in Germany owns this company and many others around the world. They and their subsidiaries are to be avoided!
(Their response to my post shown below led to nothing. They still refuse to accept the return of their “emergency use only” tires.)
I sent them a photo of the tires which are inscribed with not to exceed 80 km/hour and the photo of their site which rates them to 130, and they still refused to help me. Unbelievable!
