After we cancelled this subscription they charged us. We requested a refund and they have openly admitted they DO NOT do refunds on THEIR MISTAKES. Absolutely the worse loadboard. Stick to DAT, this is a joke.

Hidden subscription cycle
New owner ops or renewed authority stay away from 123 load board. Most brokers will not give you loads unless you are at least 6months active. It’s not easy to cancel subscribtion. You can’t just called you will get voicemail. You can’t cancel in the app. You have to write an email in which you will get a response that someone will call you. When you finally get the call that person will then have to send you an email to a link. After going through the link your request would be submitted awaiting approval. Imagine that.
