After waiting a whole month as they say you have to. You may request the deposit. But has been almost a month after requesting the deposit and nothing, not even a confirmation.

The booking and rental was all Ok. I cannot complain. But Afterwards. The nightmare is still ongoing... I have to reclaim the 1000 Euro Deposit. Ok, i did it. It is written that i have to wait 28 days to get it back. Ok, i wait... It is almost 60 days passed, i wrote 3 Emails, I did not get any reply, and my Deposit is still not arrived back. Yes, this is the 123-Transport Austria. I can see they are writing a reply, that they are a separate "reliable" company. The worst unreliable van hire experience. They hold on to your deposit of €1000,00 for over two months, still trying to get mine back. Communication is awful too, please keep away, it’s not a trustworthy company in any shape or form.
123 Transporter Slovakia – A Deeply Disappointing Experience
We recently rented a vehicle from 123 Transporter Slovakia, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
To begin with, the registration process was unnecessarily complicated. Attempting to register without using the app proved impossible, as the system wouldn’t accept the date of birth in any format – not even when selecting it directly from the calendar provided. This caused unnecessary delays and frustration right at the start.
After finally managing to complete the booking, we discovered that the final price was significantly higher than what was advertised, due to hidden charges that were not clearly disclosed during the reservation process.
Although we never cancelled the booking, we were still charged a €9 cancellation fee without explanation. What was most concerning, however, was a charge for smoking inside the car. This accusation is completely false – the vehicle was driven only by my wife, who does not smoke at all. When we challenged the charge, the company claimed their vehicles were equipped with sensors that detect smoking, but they failed to provide any data or evidence to support this claim. There were no cameras or any other form of proof — only their word, which left us feeling powerless and unfairly treated.
Another frustrating issue was the vehicle’s onboard system. While driving in a 50 km/h zone, the system incorrectly displayed a 30 km/h speed limit, forcing us to slow down unnecessarily and cause a traffic buildup behind us. We felt pressured to comply with the incorrect reading to avoid further penalties, which made the driving experience stressful and unsafe.
What was supposed to be a simple one-day rental of a minivan, initially advertised at around €70, ended up costing us close to €500 due to these unexpected and unjustified charges.
We are extremely disappointed and feel taken advantage of by 123 Transporter Slovakia. This experience has cost us not just financially, but also in terms of trust and peace of mind.
We will never rent from this company again.

Absolutely not recommended
Absolutely not recommended! This company is a complete scam.
They steal from customers – charging money for alleged speeding violations even though they have no authority to do so. They pretend to be the police but in reality, they have no legitimacy at all.
Deposits disappear – they simply don’t return the deposit, even if you return the car in perfect condition.
Illegal GPS devices – their tracking system is uncertified, uncalibrated, and without an official label. Totally unreliable and cannot be used as valid evidence.
The company operates in an unprofessional, dishonest, and completely untrustworthy way. Using their services means risking your money and your peace of mind. If you don’t want to be scammed, stay far away from 123 Transporter.

I rented every week. Once I payed 270,00 euro for assistance on road. The car had damage. You never send me the money and you never give me another car. I deliver food. You didn’t care for my damage to my clients. And twice you give me a van with problems. I send you email but you answered that it’s ok. Police stoped me on road. I couldn’t continue my delivery to my clients. And 123 took from my bank money for this. Also 123 take every time money from the bank by her own
No deposit back after 4 months
I rented a van from this company on May 3rd and paid a €500 deposit. To this day, I still haven’t received my money back.
I’ve called them countless times, sent several emails, and nothing has been resolved. This is extremely unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for the customer.
If you value your money, avoid this company at all costs.

Never book here!
Never book here! They are not paying your deposit back. Your bill at the end is much higher as they bill you absurd high fees for claimed exceeding of speed limits.
Would not recommend.
+ The mobile app is really easy to use.
+ The process of opening-using-closing the car is easy to do.
+ The car was in good condition and was clean.
- Registering works only on the desktop website.
- Phone hotline is a premium rate phone number, even if you have problems with your reservation.
Premium rate hotline: €3,64 per minute! That means during the waiting time too!
- There is no online hotline. Of course, there is, but it does not work.
- The customer service is non-existent per e-mail. You can only reach a human via the premium rate phone hotline.
- Reclaiming your deposit only works on the desktop website.
- They have given themselves 3 times 28 days (84 days) to give back your deposit (€1000)- After trying to reach customer service on multiple platforms, they still managed to exceed 84 days! Unbelievable!- Photographing the car in a full parking lot is near impossible.
Would not recommend.

Avoid at all costs
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
I cannot overstate this enough.
The convenience is incredible, and the vans are great, so you're led to believe that it's a great and reputable company. However, they have several hidden policies that are not clear upfront:
1. Deposit timeline - These days, a 1000EUR deposit is standard, but I'd expect it back in 3 or so business days. It's been a month and I asked about it several times via email, but they don't reply to my emails (and 2 follow ups) for a month now. I finally looked at their policies and after 28 days you have to REQUEST your deposit back, which can then take another 28 days to arrive. Your deposit is effectively locked for 2 months after any rental for the company to do god knows what with.
2. They issue their own speeding tickets during your rental. The card is billed within minutes based on a tracking system. In principle I don't have an issue with driving under the limit, but there are very often mistakes in these online systems with outdated zones and there is no initiative to fix that. I was billed 150 EUR extra in a few tickets, all of which are bogus.
3. Their support service is absolutely useless, and by design. They charge 4 EUR per minute for a support call if you don't have a running booking.
They prey on people that like the convenience and add endless fees after the fact, using "you agreed to terms" as an excuse.
