Complete scam

Ordered a remote that was in stock on their website and had the money taken straight away. Got a confirmation, but waited over a week with no sign of the product being dispatched. Have since e-mailed several times asking for my order to be cancelled and requesting a refund, but have had nothing in response (2 weeks later). Avoid this company!

Avoid this scam artist...

I also ordered a remote from this rogue company,only to recieve an email stating that remote was out of stock,even though it was shown as being in stock on website.They would not be able to supply an original remote,but they could give me another cheaper remote and refund difference.I cancelled the order and requested payment be returned to my account...Never had any replies to my emails...I opened a dispute with paypal to get my money returned,which thankfully they succeded in doing...thank you paypal..
My advice is to avoid this company at all costs unless you want to lose your money...

extremely Poor

Same as everyone else, received the standard email we have nothing in stock but please try an alternative, it makes me think they don't see any originals, rather a cheaper model that they hope you accept the swap. Be interested to know if anyone actually gets what they originally ordered. Trying to contact them the number on their website does not exist and no response to emails.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Avoid this company unless you want To wait foever for ur money he takes ur money then 4 days later messages u saying hes not got genuine remote in stock do u want a replacment one for £11.45 when u can get it from ebay for £7.45 so i said just refund my money witch im still waiting for after 2wks and after lots of messages he said its been processed then says he cant find my purchase then tells me its in my account witch was crap anyway i got a refund 3 wks later so please dont use this company and make sure u tell ur friends ..

couldnt find anywhere online for an old remote for sony audio player, until i stumbled across this company, they assured me it was in stock and was delivered within 2 days. happy days all round :)

Avoid

Bought a remote on 18th Feb online and waited!for delivery. Chased on 24th Feb by E mail as phone continually ringing out. Received a reply on the 26th remote damaged would I accept cheaper alternative and refund the difference. On 29 I confirmed yes and received the part refund and waited for remote. Chased on 6th March as nothing received and reported to my credit card company that I might have a problem with non delivery and they told me to give a few more days. On the 16th I chased again and said credit card company were now going to deal with it for me and got a reply that they would cancel and send refund which they did. They did not communicate with me to day what was happening on replied after I chased.

Avoid

Avoid this company at all costs!
Say they have posted the remote but it will never arrive! Then they will tell you they have posted a replacement and guess what.... That won't arrive either.
Luckily I paid via credit card & got my money back.
Absolute cowboy outfit wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering.

Avoid. Never sent remote, no response to requests for information.

Ordered a Toshiba remote listed as "in stock" on the website paid via Paypal. After 10 days I connected them by the "contact us" form on the website, no reply. No one has answered the phone when I have called. As it is now 17 days since I ordered the remote and I have had no communication from this company I have raised a Paypal dispute asking for a refund.

Appaling attitude to customers.

Poor!

I waited a week after my initial order only to be told that the remote I ordered was damaged. Trying to communicate with 121 remotes is slow and painful... I eventually had to open a case with PayPal to get a refund. I certainly won't be recommending this outfit.

SonyRemote RMED011 ordered from 121 Remotes

Ordered RMED011 on14 Oct. My account debited almost immediately. No Remote delivered. Sent email to 121 Remotes on 28 Oct cancelling order requesting refund. 10 Nov no refund. No Remote. No reply to numerous telephone calls.

Mixed experience. Check before you order.

I've ordered a specific remote (status: In stock). The item arrived quickly, but the delivered model was not the one I ordered. Not much room for mistake, the invoice was hand corrected with the "newer" model number. I contacted the seller. They responded quickly and explained that the manufacturer no longer supplies the ordered remote and delivers the other one instead. Fair enough, and if not the items' specific features/functions I would not consider this a problem but...
I was still charged for the more expensive original model and being aware of the switch made by the manufacturer the seller did not contact me before despatch -concerning that they specialize in selling remote controllers they should not underestimate the differences.
Worth mentioning - I've received a refund without any hassle.

OK, maybe someone just processed the order before their morning coffe and I probably wouldn't write this review if not the fact that I was charged for the more expensive original model and that the item is still listed on the website as "In stock" without any info regarding the replacement.

Conclusion:
No hard feelings - in the end both sides have lost. Just spare yourself the hassle and doublecheck before you order as I'm not sure they've learned their lesson.
