Superior customer service. I have been using this product for a few months and have found 120 Life to be effective in lowering my blood pressure. Personally I like the tart taste, but I can see how it may not be palpable to some. I am pleasantly surprised to have found a product that delivers the results it promises.
Good quality product. Mixes readily when shaken into the liquid of your choice - I chose cranberry juice. In trying to cancel my auto ship, I found the link in their website did not work. So, I emailed on a Saturday using the email address found on their website. Much to my pleasant surprise, I got a return email from the owner the next day (Sunday) saying my auto ship had been cancelled. Pretty typical would have been an auto reply saying that a response would be forthcoming within X number of business days. Instead, I got a response the next day on a Sunday. Kudos.
