Initally let me down, but all sorted in the end.

I wrote a negative review after a bad experience where they had ignored my emails. But they came back to me and sorted the issues. Bravo 10store!

expecting refund

Hi there, I am expecting a refund for an item that I have returned to 10store via Asda ToYou. The current status is at the national depot and waiting to be delivered to the retailer. If 10store has closed down then how am I going to receive my refund?
