I contacted 10bet via live chat after losing around £400 and clearly requested that my account be closed. The agent refused to close it and instead blocked my access.
When a customer asks to close their account, that request should be respected immediately. Blocking someone instead of properly processing a closure request is unacceptable.
The handling of this situation felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious based on my experience.

After a decade of using this platform, I am officially done. The cashout process is consistently flawed, and their football markets offer very poor value compared to competitors. The 'agents' provide no real assistance; M**a, in particular, was unprofessional. Between the ridiculous promotions and the lack of transparency in the casino, this has become a predatory spam site. Awful app and company. If you are looking for a company that offers cash out then go elsewhere. Monitored a bet today and the ONLY time cash out was available was when it was losing. For the other 60 minutes my bet was winning, no Cash out was available. Untrustworthy company

The £50 free bet promotion is effectively a scam

This company started of reasonable but has since fell well short of any decent standard. An odd free €10 bet on promotions, but they are scarce, and altho they say they are automatically added, they never are and u have to go asking. The customer care is generally terrible and they have no idea how gambling works. No matter how much you deposit and play, it's only ever 10e promotions. I've caught them out on multiple lies, with screenshot as proof, but only one did the accept this and change the outcome. Another hight disappointing situation yesterday, where the show the have zero respect for the customer.

Their app is nearly unusable, takes ages to log in and then it kicks you out after a couple minutes.

Their odds leave a lot to be desired, generally below the rest of the market, very few if any extra places on races. Appear to not price up until they see what other bookmakers are doing.

They offer you a bonus to match what you originally deposit upto £50. Unlike other bookmakers who generally give you a matched amount in free bets you have to play through over 8 times your initial deposit to get cash returns from your bonus. In my case for a £20 deposit they wanted me to play through £320.

Glad I didn’t deposit much more and will defo be deleting their app.
