This is a really good property management company that genuinely cares about its clients. After searching for a management company that could provide us with the right support, I came across Zero Won, and I’m very glad I did.

Khizer has been extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable in this field. He has taken a lot of pressure off our hands and made the whole process much easier to manage. His communication is exceptional—he responds very quickly, so you never feel like you’re being left waiting or wondering what’s happening.

Whenever I’ve had questions, Khizer has always been happy to explain things clearly and go into detail when needed, which I really appreciate.

Although I did experience a few issues with the cleaning team, Khizer was very prompt in communicating with me and made sure the issues were resolved quickly. It was reassuring to see how seriously he took my concerns and how efficiently he dealt with them.

Payments have always been made on time and whenever I’ve had questions(and I had a lot of questions), they’ve responded promptly and resolved them efficiently. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property management company.

**Zero WON was a great tenant.** They always paid rent on time and looked after the property extremely well. We had no issues with them at all during their tenancy — they even replaced the bathroom with a brand new one at their own initiative.

When they vacated, the property was left in better condition than when they moved in. Everything was clean, well maintained, and there was no damage whatsoever.

I would recommend Zero WON to any landlord without hesitation. They were an outstanding tenant.
