Do not touch this company. My electricity bill for a two bed apartment single occupancy for Feb was £335 and for March £282. I have phoned twice to see what is going on with these crazy bills to be told - there is no fault and this is the cheapest tariff. I switched to 100Green last year on the promise of cheaper bills, they're nearly £200 a month more expensive. Do not use!

I've been with 100Green for 3 years already and have had no issues at all. I recently contacted them about a tariff switch I requested but didn't go through, and Liane from their customer support replied very quickly, sorted it out immediately and got my bill updated with the new pricing.

I have just had the bereavement of my father, I have spoken to Debbie a couple of times who has just been so thoughtful caring thinking of everything that I need to do to be able to continue and take over the account for electricity. I must admit I have been rambling quite a bit at the moment about my dad and the way he passed due to it being such a shock to all of us, but Debbie took it all in her stride listening to me and comforting me and I know she’s not there to be a counsellor, but she made me feel so much warmth and made changing this account so easy! I cannot say enough about her, she’s an ambassador for the company and even when she told me the balance of the account, they said it didn’t need to be paid off as it will work itself out as we go along paying throughout the year! But I wanted to pay off the money that Dad owed for the electric and she said it to me a few times that I didn’t have to pay it off straight away. It showed this company isn’t money grabbing the customer definitely comes first. I cannot wait to have my journey buying my Electric off this company and I feel in safe hands, thank you and please ensure the manager and higher management sees this message as Debbie deserves to be recognise for her working ways and more companies should have Debbie‘s especially when you are going through bereavement!

I am so glad that I transferred from another electricity supplier last December as all communications have been positive - gone are the days when I spent at least 35 mins - 1 hr of getting through. There is always immediate response from Staff who are polite, knowledgeable, professional and helpfulul. They managed to get me a smart meter fitted and a faulty monitor changed (through no fault of their own.) I would certainly recommend 100 Green - the best so far. Thank you

Super-impressed with 100Green so far. Not only for their renewable credentials, but the customer service has been brilliant. You always get to talk to a real person, and they always follow up calls with an email. We have been trying to set up a smart meter in a very remote area and Joe has been so helpful. Recommending to friends now!

100Green are simply amazing, i only discovered them when my tenant moved out and whilst we were trying to sell our rental i carried on with them. I’m so impressed, now looking to moving my personal supply to them. The fact i managed to speak to someone in the UK immediately means a lot to me.

Once again, an excellent experience with 100Green. Jill, the customer service assistant that I spoke to today, was very helpful.
I queries why my meter reading was not showing on the 100Green mobile app. Instantly I was able to call and get through to a person. Jill was able to add the meter reading in minutes, and informed me of when future readings would be taken.

I had a problem with my IHD device. The display had somehow 'forgotten' that I had electricity with 100Green, as well as gas. As a result, it just showed that I had got gas. But, a lady on the telephone line helped me reset my Chameleon IHD and everything is working fine, now!
Thank you for going the extra mile! Or should I say kilo-Watt-hour! (I deal in French-derived SI units, not these British imperialist nonsense!)

100Green is definitely the best electricity provider I have ever been with. It’s really easy to speak to someone on the phone as calls are answered very quickly, and I’ve always had a great experience whenever I’ve needed to make contact.
I highly recommend them for friendly and efficient customer service 🙂
