Terrible service and zero accountability!

The 1-Grid team have countlessly dropped the ball, with slack service, no accountability, and what seems to be a lack of leadership.

When compared to other ISP's, 1-Grid is mediocre and just not at the level for companies looking to partner with an ISP that will add value to their company's processes.

I have to hound them for answers to a problem that was logged over 2 weeks ago.

After many days of trying to get help (support) on my email account which had frozen with no updates, I called billing to check my account and all was up to date. I explained to the lady that I could not gt through to the help line, she put me through and I got Richard on the line. For the last 6 months I have had…

For the last 6 months I have had endless trouble with 1grid servers, 75 domains hacked, then recently they did "maintenance" and rolled the entire server of 75 websites and clients emails back by 2 months. This took them almost 2 weeks to sort out. Eventual I hired a 3rd party to fix most of it. Now the server falls over EVERY Day. NO ONE EVER calls me back or comes back with answers. ASAP im going to Xeelo.
