It's hit or miss; definitely lacking customer service.
It's hit or miss. Some straps are fantastic while others can miss the mark. Either way, you'll get your items within a reasonable timeframe but don't expect any after-sale service. You cannot reach this seller by any method.

Found this website 02straps.com Company based in Arizona USA.
I ordered 1 strap to see the quality and fit for my Panerai Luminor.
I dont know what I was expecting for $39.99 but the quality and fit blew me away.
Vulcanised rubber and great quality. Straight away I went back online and ordered more.
I removed the supplied buckle and put my tang buckle on.
Anyone with a Panerai give these guys a try. Brilliant service and fantastic pricing.
They do straps for other brands aswell.
Delivery to the UK took approx 9 days in both instances door to door.
I would and have recommended to friends of mine. 10/10 service
