I called customer service to check when our next water filter was due. It was scheduled for late June, but we needed one sooner due to heavy usage. I've been with Our Taap (and previously Virgin Pure), since November 2018, and can highly recommend them. I actually haven't had any issues with my original unit until about 3 months ago, when it started to leak. I had a couple of engineer visits and they fixed it for a few weeks, but then a different fault appeared (most recently, not heating), so I decided to go for a new subscription as there was a good offer on their new units. I dealt with Chiqui who was excellent. She explained everything clearly, and the upgrade process was very smooth. Just waiting for the new unit to be installed and the old one removed.
