I called customer service to check when our next water filter was due. It was scheduled for late June, but we needed one sooner due to heavy usage. Calvin in the Customer Support Team was incredibly helpful and arranged for a replacement filter to be sent out early at no extra cost. I am very grateful for his excellent service. I've been with Our Taap (and previously Virgin Pure), since November 2018, and can highly recommend them. I actually haven't had any issues with my original unit until about 3 months ago, when it started to leak. I had a couple of engineer visits and they fixed it for a few weeks, but then a different fault appeared (most recently, not heating), so I decided to go for a new subscription as there was a good offer on their new units. I dealt with Chiqui who was excellent. She explained everything clearly, and the upgrade process was very smooth. Just waiting for the new unit to be installed and the old one removed.

The advisor Chiqi was very informative, polite, patient and helpful.
All my questions were fully explained in a clear manner and not at all pushy which I appreciated.
I will be getting this machine based on the helpful advice I was given.

The engineer that installed at our property was brilliant. His name is Jala. He was really professional and respectful. He did completed the job in a timely manner and was clean and tidy.

Max, the engineer, fitted my One Taap machine yesterday. Despite having to uninstall an existing machine and tracing a water pipe under the plinths around the kitchen, he was efficient, friendly and fast. He called to tell me when he would be with me and kept me informed at each stage of the install. A good experience.

Adam S did a fantastic job installing our water machine when we moved house. He worked quickly, efficiently, and made the whole process completely hassle-free. Everything was set up perfectly with no issues at all. Really pleased with the service — highly recommend!
