From receptionist to the Dentist, can’t fault the service
Just one thing to add, going forward.
As I struggle with stairs, it is difficult when appointments are made for alternative areas (upstairs ).
I Kaminska is a lovely person, keeps you at ease and always offering alternatives to the usual treatments.

We took our daughter for her first check up in a while as we haven't been able to find a dentist that would take her. Staff were very friendly and they gave her a thorough check up. They put my daughter at ease and she found the appointment comfortable. They book her in fairy quickly for treatment. Highly recommend.

This company totally restored my faith in Dentistry after being with my last Dentist who could not keep to appointments & kept canceling them, thus causing allot of problems. Phoned Together Dental at 17.00 & they were still there, asked if they would take a new patient, which they were happy to do and booked me an appointment for two days time. I was over the moon, turned up a bit early met Dr d Akioye who put me completely at ease,we started with an x-ray which made perfect sense as I had a broken tooth & Dr Akioye said she would treat me as an emergency & fix this, she did a brilliant job, I can now eat again properly, she was very professional explained exactly what she was doing all the way through the procedure.
I recommend Together Dental in Halstead, The staff are very friendly & to have my tooth fixed that quickly just amazed me, the practise was recommended to me via a work colleague

My visit to Larraine for my hygienist appointment, was as usual very good, Lorraine is very friendly and professional, and lets you know what she is doing when navigating the inside of mh mouth, and advising technics to use between vusits... 20/20

I’ve always been delighted with the service at Together Dental, which is why this experience stood out.

Unfortunately, my recent appointment was cancelled without an explanation or an alternative appointment being offered. I had travelled from abroad specifically for this appointment, so it was particularly disappointing. There was also some confusion between head office and the Tottenham branch over who had cancelled the appointment, despite my text message clearly showing that it had been cancelled by the practice. As I was due to leave the UK a few days later, I had to be seen privately instead of on the NHS, which meant an additional £50 cost.

That said, Dr Shah was outstanding. Not only is she an excellent dentist, but she also showed genuine empathy, understanding, and professionalism, which immediately put me at ease.

This isn’t intended as a complaint or about deciding who was right or wrong. It’s simply a reminder of how important clear communication is, especially when patients are travelling or working to tight schedules. Improving this one area would make an already excellent service even better.
