Fun day out !
Went to Tempin last month it was not too busy so we could use all we wanted without queuing so that was good . Bowling was fun and well organised (good we didn’t have to wear shoes ) and then we went to the karaoke lots of choice for song

I visited Tenpin for their bowling and karaoke experience. Amazing bowling alley and everyone in the party enjoyed. Even the karaoke setup is great where everyone sang their heart out. This place provides best value for money. But truly what made the experience special was the staff. All their staff are so friendly where they explain you pretty much of how the games are played. I saw a manager handle a difficult situation with some other customers in such a calm and polite way. Truly professional team, great games and a vibe which can set up your party sessions to the next level.

Family friendly, you can wear your own shoes without renting any, I can see many small kids around having their fun.

The game of bowling was good, however there were loads of dirty cups and rubbish left all over tables and the floor.

⭐ 1/5 – Absolutely terrible experience
Really disappointed with our experience at Tenpin. We were given a bowling lane right next to a large pillar, while there were plenty of other lanes available. The pillar was directly beside us and made it extremely difficult to concentrate or bowl properly. It completely ruined the experience.
What made it even worse was that there seemed to be no reason for putting us on that lane when other lanes were clearly free. We were paying for a bowling experience and expected to be given a suitable lane, not one where we were constantly distracted and restricted by a pillar.
The staff also did not seem particularly interested in helping or making the situation better. We came to have fun, but instead spent the session frustrated and disappointed.
For the price you pay, the experience should be much better. Very poor organisation, poor customer experience and definitely not somewhere I would recommend. I would seriously think twice before booking here again.

I took my two grandchildren and we had a great time. Place was clean and staff were superb. Food was very disappointing was very expensive but I did not mind that, however expected better quality and a bigger portion. My grandsons had nuggets and chips and they were not cooked properly at all. I had a chicken burger which was very small with one piece of lettuce in the middle and a very cheap small bun. Chicken it self was poor very chewy and I could not eat it, I had one bite and left it.

Great value - one game and a burger. Very friendly staff. Easy parking. Amusements end up making the outing with children very costly. Overall a great venue.

Enjoyed time here
We have been twice in one week to go bowling and play few games in arcades. Lady called Sue was so helpful both times we were there, defo a credit to the team! Only thing I would be negative on is soap dispensers in toilets are awful, your lucky if you get a tiny drop of soap out of them, considering the referb they had, would have thought the dispensers would be better. Overall great place to go.

It’s more of a money making business…
It’s more of a money making business than a family outing. The claw machine does not work at all - it’s so flimsy and never results in a win. The other machines are quick to take money but provide no fun in return. Everything is so overpriced. The food was not worth the money at all.

Large open space with lots of activities as well as bowling.
Downside was no air conditioning and it was 30 degrees outside and with all the machines inside generating a ridiculous amount of heat they could have hired portable air con units.
Constant having to find staff to fill up tickets as well.
Had left my sandals in a bag, went in the next day and staff were really unhelpful. If it's not handed in doesn't seem to be there problem.
