Good entertainment options but food service is terrible, incorrect and slow.

We booked online yesterday for bowling and burger for 5 children. The system allows you to reserve a lane and pre-book your meal. We rang to verify when they eat and were told it was delivered to the lane as they bowled. Check-in was fine, if a little busy (the woman told us she would put our food order in but it may take up to 30 minutes), and the bowling lanes are nicely decorated, clean and there's a good atmosphere. 8 goes into their 10 bowls we still hadn't had the food. We asked a server and she told us she would check. The children finished their 10 bowls and the game was over. We had been there 45 minutes but the food hadn't arrived. We asked another server who told us to move to a table and he'd check where our food was. After over an hour we asked for the manager who explained their food system wasn't working and took our order again as it hadn't been started. A further half an hour I asked for the complaints procedure as we still hadn't received any food but the woman at check - in simply went to the kitchen and took our order again. An hour and 40 minutes into our experience, we finally got the food but our little ones were very hungry and it was mid-afternoon by this point. I feel they should focus on the entertainment which is clearly done well and scrap the food. We saw two other parties trying to get their orders which were also severely delayed. We were promised a refund of the meals but that never happened. I hope the service improves.

The charges were higher than other bowls in the NW that I've used, yet the place is not well presented and the bowling balls are in poor condition, although the lanes appeared to be okay.

Facilities for bowling are good but management on the soft play, refreshments and lazer tag lacking for a new business. On two occasions we have ordered through the app system for food and drinks and have not received our orders or had to wait longer than 50 mins to receive. On both occasions we raised concerns with staff and were fobbed off. We didn't even dare to ask for a refund on a full meal for one of the kids that never arrived despite multiple requests for it. The lazer tag area has half the vests that do not work and at least two people in the group (we didn't know them) had their vests fail before the end of the experience. No data was given at the end so no one knew who won - scoreboard was pointless. Bowling is good - my suggestion is to not eat there, buy drinks directly at the bar and take them to your lane to make sure you get them and I woundn't book lazer tag there again. We haven't tried the kareoke or escape rooms - no desire to try them due to experience.

The website wasn't clear about what we were booking. The booking included a meal for the children which they never got. I made a complaint but no one has been in touch at all. The music is so loud you can't talk to your family members when bowling. The laser tag room is tiny. Don't waste your money!

Bowling and darts was fun but the pizza was awful

It was a good choice. There’s plenty of lanes for bowling, but you have plenty of room. The staff were all polite & help. My family really enjoyed it.

The food was absolutely awful , luckily didn’t spoil my sons birthday but don’t eat there go to McDonald’s over the road

Absolutely disgusting attitudes from a member of staff today which completely ruined our visit. We're local too so come here a lot. First they told my 4 year old daughter she could go in to soft play then said she wasn't allowed which obviously made her cry, then ended up been allowed, only to be spoken to like a piece of garbage at the bottom of their shoe because the soft play area was left unattended for more than 5 minutes and my daughter couldn't get out so started panicking which made her dad lean over to press the release button for her, for someone to turn up to start having a go at us for it, that area should never be left unattended with kids in there, obviously parents will do what they need to do to stop their child panicking. Teach your assistant manager some customer service skills and tell him it's unprofessional to argue with a woman infront of other customers and children.

Well over priced. No value for what you pay, staff never about or some don’t even want to help people, would not recommend

Dear Customer Support Team,I am writing to lodge an urgent formal complaint regarding a series of deeply distressing, hostile, and unacceptable incidents that occurred today, 20th August 2026, at your Tenpin Blackpool venue located on Rigby Road.First, I approached a member of your staff to ask a polite question regarding why the soft play area costs £7.50 for my 3-year-old. The staff member became verbally aggressive, practically shouted at me, and snapped that "this is the rule," completely humiliating me in public and refusing to answer my question.Following this, a much more serious safety issue occurred inside the soft play area. My two children were mistreated and bullied by other children. There was a complete lack of staff supervision to ensure a safe environment. Because of this distress and the failure to protect my children, we were forced to leave the venue well before our allocated 2-hour time slot had ended.When I requested a refund for our disrupted visit, your staff on-site flatly refused to provide one. Furthermore, when I asked for the names of the staff members involved so I could report this incident, they strictly refused to identify themselves, which is completely unprofessional and a clear breach of customer service standards.Because they refused to give their names, I took a photograph of the primary staff member involved as evidence for this complaint. The staff then aggressively intimidated me, demanding that I delete the photo, and threatened to kick me out of the venue if I did not comply. I informed them that I was leaving anyway due to their horrific treatment, and I kept the photo.Please be advised that I retain this photographic evidence and will gladly provide it to your corporate management team to identify the individuals during your investigation.I demand a formal investigation into this venue, including a review of the CCTV footage of both the counter.

Easy to use and clean. Unlike some do it yourself bowling the controls are simple and the best feature is you can take a group picture to use that goes behind your score board instead of the plain black or blue screen. Even putting up the side bars was easy to do.

The actual bowling was brilliant with my grandson. Food was great pre ordered. The only thing I think should b changed it was £19 to play again which in the school holidays is shocking as many families can’t afford it.

The deal we did was great valve.

I personally think children’s parties should be on bowling alleys at an end and possibly closed in

We have two lane party next to us they were over our lane loads and had to remind them to move over they were throwing three balls down at once so very off putting

Great place lovely and clean with lots of things to do for adults and children.

I didnt like how are drinks was forgotten about if I hadn't of gone and asked i dont think we would of received them.

Really loved the laser tag and bowling was great fun. Think we'll certainly go back again. Staff are super friendly and the place is very clean.
