Had to unexpectedly look for a new car. Easy to find location. Staff courteous, hot drink on arrival. Member of staff showed us what we wanted / what was available. Chose car, quick test drive. Order complete. Happy with the way everything went. Had already spoken to our car insurance company, then taken to local DVLA post office to get tax so we could drive car home.

From start to finish we received great customer service. Everytime we had a question all we had to do was contact them and they answered it straight away. When signing for and collecting the car the sales person went through everything in great details and made sure we knew what all the paperwork was and what all the features on the vehicle did, he even helped us pair both ours phones up before we left. Great service and would highly recommend!

CHECK THE FINANCE AGREEMENTS AND OFFER BEFORE SIGNING
Sales staff are lovely. However, please be careful and check your pre-finance agreements before signing anything!!! Once the paperwork went to the finance manager, he has manipulated the numbers to make the most money out of me as possible. Added something then took away money from part exchange ( not as agreed) to make the HP look unworthy!! Wanted to get rid of a car that no one wants to buy, have not told me MOT is due next month. Added on add ons to the agreeement which then increases interest amount. Please check the agreements before singing as they will try to manipulate the numbers!!

We first purchased a nearly new Kuga and quickly realised it was not the car for us. We made the mistake of not going fully electric. Fortunately Paul from TCH helped us to purchase a new Capri which has proven to be a great car with all the features and electric range that is more than enough for our requirements. We were looked after superbly by Paul, he couldn't have done enough for us and made the whole process really easy and enjoyable.
