Stole my money very bad and not good…
Stole my money very bad and not good exam stuff at all. I want a refund this website is terrible definitely advise against it. Cost me 83 dollars without a warning, will be looking into this scam. Very unhappy about this and horrible how they feel like they can take others money. Have old exams and stuff they keep locked up, very questionable. ADVISE STRONGLY AGAINST THIS!!!

Premium Still Give you Ads!
I subscribed to premium but I still get ads everywhere, and they nearly block all the documents I try and look at. The site also feels like it could be better organized but you know what it's great that they host a service like this but I wouldn't be surprised if there was something better elsewhere

Honestly if 0 stars was here I was going to give them that, Got charged for an account I never even created and when I try to solve the issue there bot tell me to fill an refund form and theil form does not send it just keeps saying the same thing even with the right details I provided the purchase I'd I found on my card but still, now I'm starting to suspect some scamming scheme going on and it might result in lawful decisions

Not exactly happy with my experience. I had a premium subscription about a year ago, which I apparently still had. No mail or anything reminding me about the charge. The last time I used studocu I even had to upload documents to get premium which is why I didn't even know I had it. Now they refuse to pay me back in full, because I opened a document once. Weird policy. For the rest this platform is very useful as a student and I would recommend it, but don't forget that you have a subscription!!!
