Good experience when we went to view campervan we were given keys and told to take as long as we wanted we then were allowed to take on extended test drive, we then gave them a list of a few snagging items that needed addressing and were told all would be done before purchase, when we returned to collect a few weeks later everything was done and we were given a comprehensive handover prior to paperwork all done in a friendly no pressure manner.

It's the worst experience I've ever had when buying a leisure vehicle. There seemed to be no sales organisation, process or procedure; no team or team work; no normal sales enthusiasm; people didn't respond to emails and many promised phone callbacks didn't happen. It took weeks to transfer the vehicle we bought without seeing from Flintshire to Rushden. We were left feeling that nobody cared less whether we bought the motorhome or not.

We were given the keys to view the motorhome by Ryan. There was no pressure put on us and we were able to spend as long as we wanted viewing it. Ryan did the handover he was helpful and thorough. The whole process was seamless. Post sale our questions were answered promptly. Nothing was too much trouble

All the team were fully customer focused and very knowledgeable about the products they were selling. The whole part exchange procedure was seemless and done to my expectations. Particularly thanks to James who was brilliant.

Spinney Northamptonshire .The first impression from sales a gentleman called James was excellent and the reason we opted to go ahead with the purchase of our Coachman caravan. It was only when we got it home that we found the cleanliness was superficial, as if it had a quick spray over and not wiped off with run marks from the spray or what ever they used. A chrome trim had fell out of one of the cabinets and pubic hairs found in the shower tray. The service book had not been stamped and when I enquired on what to do the person on the end of the phone said pop it in and we would stamp it, I said I live 85 miles away, she said when passing then was the only option. There were a few more bits that we found cleaning wise, not hoovered properly etc. We just felt it was a rush job and when you spend a lot of money on a caravan that we have saved up for its very disappointing.

Bought a campervan recently from Spinney in Warwickshire. All the staff were friendly and professional making the whole process easy. They delivered the van to my house following warranty issue with the fridge developing the morning of the pick up. Great service. Handover was comprehensive and informative from Alan Rumney. Both Alan and the Salesman Richard Bulmer made the whole experience very much less stressful than I was expecting. So thank you to all at Spinney in Warwickshire.

We purchased a motor home in April 2026 from the Chester team
.The pre-delivery inspection had obviously not been completed on it, as our first trip out in May highlighted serious faults, including a gas leak.After a bit of a battle we got agreement to have it repaired locally to us as we lived miles away .We've missed many camping opportunities due to ongoing repairs.
Sales seem more important than service.Please check everything before you buy

Collected our caravan from Spinney Warwickshire on Friday, headed straight to a site to use it. Everyone that works there are very professional, from sales exec Richard to Alan who did the handover. Didn't know what to expect when I collected, but Alan showed me everything. We had a great weekend in our new caravan with no issues, largely because of the thorough tour of the van before I left. We couldn't have been more pleased with the whole process. When we first arrived the idea was to look at some motorhome layouts. We were invited to look at all the ones in stock.
Once we had found one we liked the negotiations were very straightforward. We agreed a handover date and the vehicle was fully prepared ready for us. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and having the cafe on site was a real bonus.
