Easy to complete application and very quick replies

Forms are easy to fill in and didn't take long for the money to be in sent out

Amazing customer service, they were so quick responding to my emails. I was having issues applying and they explained what I needed to do in a clear and straightforward way. Once id followed their advice i was able to apply. The funds were deposited extremely quickly despite it being a Sunday afternoon.

The app is easy to navigate and the very informative. I was able to see the repayment amount, the repayment date and the small charge they applied for taking the advance.

It made my difficult situation so easy and hassle free.

I would and will be recommending them to anyone struggling with an unexpected financial issue or new staff waiting for their first paycheck.
