Exceptional service
My first time ordering from Route One. I have had an exceptional experience. Had a query prior to placing my order and it was answered via their online chat service within a few minutes. I placed my order and selected the free 3-5 day delivery option. Order placed around 2pm on Friday. Was delivered the next day!! (Saturday). Love the decks I ordered and look great hung on the wall.

Grip tape issue, pretty good elsewhere
Board came pretty much newish, nothing too bad. However the grip job was really poor with a bunch of air bubbles. Quality overall but you guys need to take a bit more time when applying it

Terrible communication I ordered shorts…
Terrible communication I ordered shorts next day delivery to take on holiday fulfilled all the criteria and they didn’t arrive contacted several times via email after trying to contact via phone which just loops and was never answered. Left for holiday without the shorts and they didn’t arrive until mid week through our holiday and left in the bin. Just received a refund for the postage no apology or explanation or when it would be arriving. Poor experience
