Great service from our phone call to the tv being delivered!

We bought a Samsung 43inch TV recently.
We dealt with Euan who sorted our collection.
After many tries we couldn't get the TV to recognise our broadband router.
We rang Euan and he went above and beyond talking us through what should work to connect to broadband but still didn't manage to connect it.

He rang off and looked into how to fix the problem, rang back after 30 mins and again walked us through another process which worked.
Excellent sales and after sales care.

Dealing was Harry over the phone was very smooth and easy and facilatated everything i asked for. LG G6 arrived the next day and am very happy with the 65" and sound system.

Excellent service by an extremely knowledgeable and helpful assistant. Nothing was too much trouble!

I bought a TV for my mum recently and the pre-delivery experience was excellent, mainly due to the fact I had missed a number out of my postcode and not realised till the day before. However, I got into touch with Furdeco and they held the delivery whilst I changed my postcode through RS.
On 21st September, it was delivered and I quickly saw that there was a green line in the TV screen where the panel was damaged. Again, these things happen so I contacted them and told them, they apologised and said they'd arrange a replacement to be sent out.
We are still waiting to hear about the exchange and I have had to chase twice now to find out what is going on with one reply saying the delivery company will be in touch, but no reply to the chaser email from last Wednesday (30/09).
If a faulty item is supplied then I would expect the same level of service throughout, not become an afterthought once payment has been received.

Since posting this review, RS have been in touch and apologised to my mum, offering a refund due to stock issues. They were very professional and my mum was content with the outcome so despite this whole episode, I would still consider them when I buy my New TV Around Christmas
