Jason was so helpful and knowledgeable regarding my hi fi upgrade. A real pleasure to shop somewhere that values good customer service, 10/10 without a doubt.

Richard was excellent at talking through the various options, very knowledgeable and interested in the products and what they were intended for. Also proposed a very helpful solution regarding a replacement product, the whole experience was very positive. The service was excellent and my son is delighted with the headphones.

Fantastic service & advice from Richer Sounds in Leicester. We've used this shop multiples times and no matter who we've dealt with the quality of the service and the advice (i.e. what to buy & what not to buy) had been exceptional. We do not go anywhere else.

Very good advice, much patience as there was a glitch on my phone during payment, sorted efficiently. Bought the more expensive model (Pro ject Debut Carbon Evo 2) as figured I could have hunted for the cheaper end of line model but always trust Richer Sounds. Very happy with purchase! Simple process; I collected from the store - friendly staff.

Item was there at the time specified and the whole process from "ask" to "receipt" was speedy.

Excellent service from the guys in Leicester. I had ordered online for click-and-collect. But due to a change in work schedules, I needed to get my order redirected from Leicester up to the Newcastle branch.

Jason was able to intercept the delivery in Leicester and arranged for my order to be shipped overnight, for me to collect in Newcastle the following day. A fine example of best-in-class customer service. Thank you!
