I booked a click and collect not knowing that you close at 5 and you guys actually stayed later just to let me collect the TV. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful and the TV is so nice. It is so refreshing to go to a tech place with so much good customer service. I was going to buy a record player in the future and didn’t know where to go but now I know i’m gonna go to Richer Sounds for all my tech needs

Excellent phone communication, efficient delivery on time and reasonably priced. What’s not to like.

The advice and help I was given was first class. Harry couldn't have done any more to answer my query and advise on the equipment I needed.

I purchased a LG G5 65 inch oled tv from Richer Sounds in July 2026.

The whole process of purchasing and delivery were excellent.

I will be posting a separate review on LG site as well.

Certain aspects of the LG oled are brilliant, the colours, brightness, clarity, design etc.

The out of the box picture settings on all presets are all very good and require minimum tweaking - accuracy or wild pop - it’s all there for you.

The sound is average but with a tv at this price point and performance level it needs a soundbar/ system, not gonna hold that against it.

The tv has been updated to the latest software and I have adjusted smooth gradation and other settings BUT it does NOT get rid of the gradient banding, blocking issues and poor performance in near black scenes/coming out of black.
Just ruins the overall experience.

This issue is not apparent on a friend’s Samsung s95b qd -oled, and not noticeable on those who have a LG C1 and Samsung s90d that use the standard woled panels instead of the new Tandem oled panels.

It would be hard to recommend the LG G5 having come across these issues.

Not sure if this is a software or panel issue and would appreciate any advice/ feedback. It’s very disappointing after I saved up to treat myself to a high end oled tv.

We hadn’t completely decided on the set-up we wanted, so we visited Richer Sounds in Leeds to explore our options. We’re so glad we did.

Mikey, a Senior Sales Advisor, gave us an excellent demonstration of a turntable and speakers that were perfect for our requirements and within our budget.

Mikey took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. He was personable, extremely knowledgeable and patient throughout, taking the time to explain everything clearly. There was absolutely no pressure or rush to make a purchase, which made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed.

We’re extremely pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend visiting Richer Sounds in Leeds. The level of service we received from Mikey was exceptional.

Whilst the prices are always great, the free honest advice and customer service is exceptional. Thanks to Harry for keeping me up to date with the delivery and to Phil and Jeff for the fitting and attention to detail.

I visited the Leeds City Centre branch of Richer Sounds and was helped out by a dude who helped me out with everything I needed. I ended up buying an Argon Audio TT3 turntable and some Cambridge Audio LRX speakers. Awesome customer service and my delivery arrived a day early, I even got a free VIP mug.
Couldn't be happier with my products and the same guy that helped me out in the store also helped me with set up over the phone. I can't remember the exact date so I have tried to guess.

I ordered the tv by phone. The customer service op was patient and polite.The communication regarding delivery was excelled and the tv was delivered by two very freindly men.

His advice was spot on. I’m absolutely delighted with the TV and the difference in picture and sound quality is amazing. Chris made the whole experience easy and gave me confidence that I was making the right choice.
