Very quick service and a system not only repaired but with much improved sound .

Duncan and Kurt were amazing, friendly and knew their products

New TV went wrong after three days, shop assistant was very apologetic and keen to solve the issue until he spoke to the manager who then changed the story saying nothing could be done. I later met said manager who went into denial and then started lying to me. Unforgiveable, lost my trust for this store and not likely to return.

Great service from knowledgeable and helpful staff

Contacted my local store in Eton and talked to Zak who was very helpful. We talked through some options and he sent thought and quote with in 15 min. Very impressed with the service hence we ordered our new TV and sound bar from you and it was delivered very quickly and efficiently. Will recommend to my family and friends. Congratulation on an excellent service

The purchasing experience was fine (although the website didn't work very well) and the sign up process was also ok.

I opted for store pickup, this was delivered from a warehouse to the store by DPD, who for some reason sent me delivery updates directly. The last update I had from them was "sorry we missed you". This begs the question, how can you miss a shop?

After a phone call to Richer Sounds, they confirmed that it was actually delivered and awaiting me at the store (confusing and doesn't speak particularly well for DPD).

I collected the next day and the guys working in the shop were super friendly, a very nice atmosphere although the shop itself seemed a bit scarce with stock.

4* due to the confusing delivery and the iffy website but the store staff were ace and the experience was fine overall.

They were all very knowledgeable and I’m very much enjoying the products they recommended. The staff at the Eton store has always been very friendly and approachable and I have been shopping (albeit sometimes window) with them for best part of 20 years. In the last year or so I have bought a Bravia 8ii but last week bought a Sony TA AN1000 av amp with some rather nice wireless Sony SA RS 9 rear surrounds which include up firing Dolby Atomos. The AMP appear to make my vintage Tannoy 609s sing even crisper and the surrounds really pop! Plus less speakers and more importantly less wiring!
What is a true test for a retailer is how they respond when products go wrong - and this store has a non nonsense fussless approach to putting things right! That is priceless!
James always responds quickly and offers sound guidance when I send emails to the store and Zak was amazingly helpful when I collected the amp and speakers. All in all a great little physical store I can wander into have a chat and part with some cash!

I ordered a tv and sound bar. Delivered in two days. Unfortunately I had a problem with the sound bar. Rang the store explained the problem. New one delivered next I installed it all worked OK. The staff at the Windsor and Eton store were great especially Duncan polite and good knowledge. Will definitely use again

Great service as usual and projector up and running. The images on upscaling 1080p to 4k are excellent, like moving into the modern age. Sound through my Hi-Fi has also improved. The only downside is that 4K on BBC Iplayer using the Roku express were considerably worse than the upscaled images when the Roku was set to 1080p and not 4K. So yet to experience 4K from a 4k source. Research showed that is was to be expected due low bitrates from the BBC and other streaming services. I have fast new cables, a dark room and tried various settings but to no avail as yet. So be warned but I still love it and cannot afford a £4000 for a 4K chip projector. I should have done more research. Delivered with with 1 working day as promised and phone line sales were a great help.

I've always used Richer Sounds over the years as they've usually got decent stuff for a good price.
James in the Eton branch was very helpful in finding me the type of turntable that was needed. I'd initially mentioned a Pro-ject that I'd seen and after seeing the Argon TT3 decided on that. It's a world of difference from my previous Audio Technica turntable and am very pleased,looking forward to re-listening to my albums and buying many more.Cheers James

Richer Sounds online store arranged delivery exactly as I wished. Was looking for a local store pickup to spare everyone the frustration of incompatible daytime home delivery windows. The online click-and-collect option appeared briefly, and vanished just as quickly in the moments before purchase, leaving me unsure about the delivery instructions passed on to the courier. So, I was pleasantly surprised to discover an online delivery service so attuned to a mutually beneficial consignment.

Staff at the Eton store offered truly excellent service. The tote bag gifted with the headphones is also much appreciated. (An ideal size for a trip to the park with a good book.)
