Watch only lasted 6 months before it completely died. Watch was eventually replaced as still under guarantee.
Was originally told my Watch was no longer avaliable and would give me a discount towards another, however after calling them I was told they did have some but not in the colour strap I had. I was then offered a choice of colours and chose another. This option was not offered originally, bit disappointing.
The sleep function is not fit for purpose, very un reliable. Now looking for an alternative I can rely on.

I was pleased with the goods I received which were of good quality and I have always liked Radley goods.

My order took over two weeks to arrive, and during this time there was absolutely no communication from the company to keep me informed of the progress. I sent them an email after 10 days requesting further information, as I was worried my order would arrive whilst I was away on holiday, and I am still awaiting any kind of response from them. Clearly their customer service is considerably lacking, which is quite appalling considering my order value was almost £300.

Everything went smoothly from delivery of goods to a speedy return on one of the items

Outer Packaging not as good as usually is. Box was ripped and crushed.

Sadly Radley are in trouble and having a clearance of their stock. Good priced items ( some seem inflated before the reduction but still offering good value when compared to previous purchases ). Delivery took a lot longer than expected but goods arrived safely ( DPD UK ) and in great condition. Overall a great experience.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Great bags ect just a shame that they will no longer be available. Have had to get a list of items for my granddaughters as they love there radley bags ect that I have bought them over the last few years

It took 12 days for my sandals to arrive . I don’t think that’s good enough.

I love Radley quality as it is. I worry that the quality may change with future administration and I can confirm that many of my friends who also love Radley have the same concerns.
