Great service and good products

Print.com has a large portfolio of products and a wide choice of producers, production speeds, and shipment options with competitve prices. I especially like the fact that you can choose between many different delivery carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx), including a very reliable courier service. Their team is friendly and helpful with any questions before ordering, and super supportive during the process if something ever goes wrong.

Fast, affordable and great quality

Print.com are a great bunch to deal with, their website is simple and intuitive to use, their support team (James and Cadie to be specific) are fantastic and keep us updated if deliveries are delayed, and the products they offer are great quality and last a long time. We've expanded our usage of Print over the last couple of years and have no doubt that this will continue for the next while! Couldn't recommend them enough.

A great service

Working with Print.com on a large scale publication has been a really smooth process. The team have been super helpful and easy to work with throughout.

Cadie has been amazing, always quick to respond and on hand to help with anything we have needed.

Would definitely recommend.

Bad Color Print Quality + Bad Service!

We ordered 25 harcover books for our workshop + extra check up service to check if the files are exported correctly. The colors came out very bad and our black and white images are super cold/blue-ish. This can happen (we are human after all) but I ordered this extra service so this won’t happen. Print.com easily blames everything on us as the customer. We get a mildly discount from 10% on the total quote to compensate the low quality/service, what for us is seems like a laugh. I would not recommend Print.com!

Very good printer !

Very good printer !
We use it since 2 years and everything is good.
Price is perfect and less/same from the other company.
Customer service always avalaible.
Sourcing of new product is always good.
