From initial instructions through to completion communication with Tom and Jenny (2) have been great. Complications, when the arose were discussed and resolved with minimum stress. I have no hesitation in recommending Ocean for future property sales.

Have recently instructed Ocean to value and market a property, and received prompt professional service from Claire Kington. Property value, description, and photographs were quickly emailed for approval along with notification of a viewing within a couple of days. Hoping to receive offers in due course.

Great experience with Claire, very accommodating for a last minute second viewing. Also useful being sent additional details about the property before the viewing.

We started our journey buying our first property in January with a different estate agent. After 3 months of wasted time, false promises, and questionable practices, we ended up finding a property with Ocean. They were a night and day difference in their approach. Laid-back and honest viewings, amazing communication, and very efficient processes in place, we felt looked after throughout. Ocean were good but we stipulated a few times that we wanted all pots and rubbish removed from the property we were purchasing. However everything was left for us to get rid of (another expense). Surely this should be checked out
