The App no longer works on my Android phone

The App no longer works on my Android phone, so I will need to upgrade my phone at my own expense because I need Cloudya for my work calls. Is there any way you can make the old app still available for older phones? My colleague has an older iPhone and will face the same problem soon. Also the app was never very reliable - mostly sending calls to answerphone meaning I missed important customer interactions.

To ensure the Cloudya app remains secure, stable and reliable, we regularly update its technical requirements. Since the end of last year, Android 10 has been the minimum supported version. We appreciate that this change may be inconvenient for users with older devices, but it enables us to continue improving the app while maintaining current security and quality standards.

We'd also like to better understand the reliability issues you mentioned, particularly the missed customer calls. We will contact you directly to review your situation and see how we can help.
