Loxone have a fantastic set up at Theale, easy access, easy parking, and all the facilities you would need during your course. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help with any technical questions, our trainer Miles, was especially great, with his relaxed, friendly, but very informed approach, he made the four days very enjoyable a great balance between learning and good banter, resulting in a good understanding of exactly how versatile Loxone as a product is. Thank you Miles.

It was superb
It was superb. I enjoyed every minute. The instructor was engaging, knowledgeable and patient. The course covered a wide range of topics giving a good grounding on which to build.

If I could give fewer stars I would
If I could give fewer stars I would. We have had the loxone system for our lights for a couple of years and it’s horrible. The mini server always needs resetting and the lights decide independently when or if they will turn on. We’ve gone days without being able to turn lights on or off, it’s an absurd problem to have. I would never get non-conventional light switches again and I would definitely not use loxone for any ‘smart’ system

The behaviour you’ve described is absolutely not acceptable and should not be the case for your installation. You should not be left for days unable to reliably control your lights, and I completely understand why this would be frustrating.
We would really like the opportunity to help get this resolved for you with your LOXONE installer. Would you be open to a quick call so we can better understand the setup, the issues you’re seeing, and who installed the system?
From there, we’d like to speak with your LOXONE installer (or a new installer if required) and agree a clear path forward to properly investigate and resolve the problem.
