Took the amount I paid twice and then sent an email saying they couldn't make my key. Also they said the money would be returned within 10 business days but you have to pay right now. Trash just like everything else in this country. High prices no guality.

Called them out to change 2 locks. Was charged $1200 for less than an hour and a half of time. I was given a breakdown of the invoice. Over $300 per lock. Over $160 per lock. I’ll never use them again nor recommend anyone else get ripped of by them either. We were out of town. My locksmith back home told me $350 max for this job. Straight up robbery.

My son had just got his first truck and accidentally broke his key off in the ignition. This company was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend them as well as use them again if needed.

The person who showed up to perform the service was fantastic! Kind, professional, and efficient.

Original company did not show up when promised, had to wait for second company to be lined up.

Great response time and once he got there the door was open in less the 3 minutes

I never received my money back the service was never completed Sept 23,2026 was when the service was needed but didn't get completed so I was supposed to get money back still haven't gotten it yet.

Guy was friendly curious and did an awesome job of getting me back in my vehicle. Recommend to anyone

KeyMe Locksmiths was easy to contact and provided updates throughout the waiting process. The locksmith that arrived was friendly and was able to open my car door within a matter of minutes to retrieve my keys. I would highly recommend.

They arrived within one hour on a Sunday morning. Excellent service!

Very quick to respond mobile service. My request ended up being after hours and from the time I called to the time my spare key fob was programmed was about 30 minutes total. Pricing was very fair. The only downfall was that the key fob did not come with an actual key to be cut in the even of the fob battery dying. Regardless, I’m happy that I now have a spare fob.
