Excellent customer service. Very pleasant and knowledgeable young representative who could not have been of great help. We entered with a query as to whether a holiday shown within the store and if it could be upgraded. We recieved the exact data needed at an exceptional price and came away after booking a fabulous upgraded holiday. Can't praise Hayes enough and would definitely use again.

Megan was incredible, supportive, caring, friendly and really listened to what we wanted and worked tirelessly to secure us an absolutely brilliant deal. Our cruise booking was dealt with by Megan who was professional, was able to offer advice and did a price match. We were very impressed with the service we received and would add that Megan was a great ambassador for Hays.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, it was a great booking process, all the documents were printed off which we find is really useful to us as some other travel agents refuse to do, overall a splendid service! The lovely Mia was very helpful and she was very knowledgeable about cruises. I went in just asking about cruises and she was able to help me find and book one. The service she gave me was out of this world. She had such a lovely smile, she made me feel very welcomed and she answered every question i had. Our family had a great experience of booking our summer holiday. We went to the Washington branch of Hays Travel last Saturday to book our holiday. Julia greeted us with smile as soon as we walked in the shop. She was very thorough in finding out where we wanted to go and was very patient in searching for holiday destinations for us.
