I dealt with Emma from the Torquay branch, I was walking down the high street and noticed a deal from Japan, since our first conversation I have changed the holiday completely with help from Emma, I made quite a few changes and different requests over a two week period and at every stage Emma was superb and full of encouragement and I must say if it was not for Emma's kindness and understanding we might not of booked the holiday with you.
