I was charged £145 more than i could have got the holiday on line.Olivia offered a £50 refund which i accepted but i am not happy about it,as a pensioner every pound counts,probably will not use Hays again.

We had made an error when booking with Amber, at the Southwnd on Sea branch.
After a conversation the following day, with Olivia, we felt we had been listened to, and our concerns had been dealt with very professionally.
Olivia had managed to get us a full refund on our booking, which was a massive relief.

Amber then helped us book, explaining all we had asked for was available, and all charges where included. All organised through the tour operator of our choice.

The whole experience, from our mistake, to booking what we wanted was handle with a brilliant attitude and very professional manner.
All of the staff were helping us where they could.
The service supplied has been excellent.

I have been booking my holidays at Hayed Travel Southend for a few years now. The staff are so very friendly and know me well now I feel like they are friends and they always give excellent customer service and sort out my neefs with out any problems. This also goes for Danie in the foreign exchange bureau. I would not go anywhere else

The agent put me in Flamingo Beach Resort...adults only hotel..great entertainment....

Regularly use hays travel in southend and have never had a bad experience. Always efficient and friendly. This time we dealt with Amber who went above and beyond. Will b back to book another adventure soon

We booked a package holiday to Spain and the agent was so helpful and got everything booked exactly what we wanted it was so much easier than trying to get it all booked ourselves we will definately book with Hayes in the future

Always prefer to visit the shop. Friendly faces, always find best deal and nice to chat to a person knowing if any issues they will be easily sorted. Will match prices found on internet as well.

Excellent service very efficient friendly staff

Anna was very helpful, friendly and great advice, as we had a few holidays to look into. She did this to a small budget but found some lovely hotels and in nice quiet areas. The lady that took our payment a few days later was also very good, quick and friendly as she should have been on lunch but went above and beyond her duty. Thank you ladies for an easy way to book a great holiday to look forward too
