Karen at Hays, Sherborne is brilliant and always gives us professional and helpful advice when booking our holiday.

Although the staff are friendly and polite, they lack attention to the detail which probably should be their unique selling point given that they use tour operators to build the holiday or at least they did for our trip. When you use a company like Hays, you expect small things like booking actual seats on trains to be included so there less anxiety for the travellers. It was a disappointing experience and only reminds me why I would not not to use them again.Had there been an emergency I don't believe they would have been much use.

Staff in the Sherborne office are excellent. All options explored along with prices.

Nice and simple. Popped in, gave dates for trip to Oz needed. Popped back later in the day...all sorted and paid for. Job done! Great service and thank you.

Friendly Hays Travel in Sherborne was again very efficient in arranging some quite complicated travel insurance cover for me and I am most grateful to Katie for her help and her patience.

The member of staff who accepted our booking was very helpful and polite. We await to see if he goes through with our request for conformation that there will be a readymade up sofa bed in the lounge on our arrival.
