Nothing was too much trouble, response times and updates were excellent and she was a pleasure to speak with. We would definitely use Hays / Tracy for future holidays.

No waiting to see an agent in the shop. Helpful agent. I was already on the system so very quick and easy to renew my annual travel insurance. Also nice to see that there was a raffle for a local charity.
