The rep (Rebecca) was very welcoming. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for, making informed and helpful suggestions and patiently answering any questions we had. As is our usual experience with Hays at Forestside, we came away excited about the holiday we had just booked. We always use Hays at Forestside because Natalie and her team are so helpful and keen to get us the best holiday experience they can. Booking a holiday can be stressful, but Natalie and her team make what can be a difficult experience an enjoyable occasion and make it part of our holiday experience

Natalie at Forestside has been booking our holidays for the past few years, and she has always been incredibly helpful and patient. She is always so friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure everything is just right. We really appreciate all her help and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.

The staff were excellent in explaining the resorts available and we are trying somewhere different that we have not travelled to before. Booking was very efficient and simple to follow and details emailed the. next day.

Great service from everyone at hays travel, book with them for every holiday and never had an issue, will contact your hotel directly for you so no need to worry about unexpected issues when you arrive. Couldn’t fault them.

The customer service waa excellent

The Hays rep,Eoin,listened to my enquiry and made the booking at the hotel and dates I required.He did so in a very professional manner.I didn't have the Jet 2 discount voucher with me and he provided me with his card for me to ring this through.When I rang the agent I spoke to took the details of the discount code and adjusted my account accordingly.Well done to both.
